Actually that’s the issue here…my nearest branch is far away & my office working hours coincide with banking timings !!
Anyways I’ll try to visit branch this week.

Agent came home and did process from scratch or just did kyc?

It doesn't matter you applied online or not.
Account will only be open via physical kyc i.e either by visiting the branch or agent visit to your premises.
Even it doesn't matter what you requested for 811 super or 811 online, the kyc guy will ask you what you want 811 or 811 super.
The entire process took hardly 4 mins.

Did from scratch, only some basic details were pre filled, which i put during lead generation. That's it
Is it location specific?
I tried frds and family details, it's always showing visit nearest branch

I think If any branch is available in ur area then agent visit gets scheduled otherwise u may have to visit if its far .

I don't think that's the case...even in case if branch near by I'm being asked to visit nearest branch !! 😔
Branch is there, even if i enter city pincode, its showing same visit nearest branch
Yeah seems like they don't have agent services in AP

Call your nearby branch and ask 811 agent number.
Then ask him to visit your home or feasible place for both of you.
