My branch is only opening sankalp accounts
Can we upgrade to kotak 811 super from sankalp account

I can create account online but the problem is when I try to apply online it shows visit the nearest branch.my branch people said they can't open 811 account as of now and referred to me to higher branch

Every kotk branch won't help you for 811 acc.
Either via Online, or you need to enquire/visit other 2-3 branch, untill you get the correct one (to process 811).

I have been using Kotak 811 Since 2017. ( Rarely )
Just Clicked on Upgrade to Super- Paid 5K Using UPI.
Done..

Got Your Kotak811 Super All Set..

Now I Have Questions
I can see two virtual card!
Which Virtual card I can use it for transaction and avail 500cB ?
 
I contacted branch and they info that they stopped 811 services. Only in big cities it is available. Which is apparently true, as per online website which taking only city pincodes.

I checked with Customer care. They were not able to provide MCC code, but confirmed it's eligible for cashback! 😅

Anyhow, from next time onwards I'll try SBI Unipay. Isme thoda locha ho sakta 😂

Don't trust customer care on what is eligible or not. Figure out the MCC on your own and match it with the T&C.

If this feels like a hassle, just stick with Unipay.
