Yes I got it today. I had opened around that time. May be in march/April. Amb <100. 🤣

After upgrading to super can I start using the virtual debit card available on the app? Or this Dream Different DC will be changed afterwards and this is not eligible for cashback.
I added 5k yesterday, recieved all the msg, 300 membership money also deducted.

u will get new super dc & cheqbook.. u have to use it only to get cb..

i have 25k fd and usually maintain over 10k mb since i opened , but still not eligible

Same. Ive Kotak Neo, Cherry, 811 CC, 15k FD, 22K MAB. Still not eligible.
Went to the branch and they said it's a new product and they don't know the details yet. They said they could request an upgrade if I could find the scheme code for 811 Super since they couldn't find it. They said if I knew anyone who had Super and they could provide their account number they could see the code and put in a request, but it was best to call customer care since they had access to the backend and could upgrade easily.
Called customer care for over 2 months and was told I wasn't eligible every time. wouldn't mention eligibility either. Makes you feel HDFC customer care is good.

Customers with 811+any other Kotak account banned and kicked out of Kotak 811 app
