i opened a kotak 811 acc the agent said not possible to open super acc and to convert later in app. after a day i was able to upgrade to super. but i was charged 300 twice one for normal acc debit card and second time for super upgrade.

will i get debit card charge reversed?

it is not possible now, u should have opted for virtual dc(normal)-no fee.

Still you will have to ask for refund i guess if charges have already been debited, they refund it easily without much hassle, just send them a DM on twitter and they will call you back
