Can someone pls tell me the email id of kotak 811. An unauthorised transaction have been made from my account.

Can I buy amazon voucher? Then from which portal?

For fuel I have bought voucher through sbi gyfter so that option I'm not considering...

Amazon gives utility mcc which comes in the statement as Amazon Pay.
For this kotak doesn't give any cashback as they see Amazon Pay and consider it as wallet transaction which is excluded in the updated TnC.
I did a shopping transaction from Amazon and the merchant name came as Amazon Pay and I didn't received my Jan month cashback.
On complaining they said it was a wallet transaction and that is excluded from cashback.
So use this card carefully now.

Further, specifically apay gift cards (nowadays) have mcc 5399 (tested thrice). That's not excluded category yet.
