No bro. I had made transaction through Freecharge in August 16 and it was immediately showing in tracker. I got the 500 cashback for August month. So tracker is truly tracking☝🏻
Then it must have working again, because when people used Freecharge first time, we got cashback then lotak blocked that merchant on the next month.

This is I think back in april or march, people stopped freecharge back then. Good to see if it's working again.

Correct bhai, new T&Cs say we have to manually click on the diamond icon. I don't really get the logic though. Bc lotak thinks we are robots or something? 🤣

I recently closed my Kotak 811 account and even got confirmation of closure.
But strangely, I’m still able to log in to both the new and old Kotak mobile banking apps with the same CRN.
I contacted customer care, and they told me that CRNs are never deleted — the bank only closes the account, but the CRN always remains in their system.

Is this true? Has anyone else faced the same situation?

Any guidance or similar experiences would be helpful.
I closed my kotak 811 last year and when I opened an account recently for 811 super, the same CRN got activated. So nothing has changed.
