No bro. I had made transaction through Freecharge in August 16 and it was immediately showing in tracker. I got the 500 cashback for August month. So tracker is truly tracking☝🏻
Then it must have working again, because when people used Freecharge first time, we got cashback then lotak blocked that merchant on the next month.

This is I think back in april or march, people stopped freecharge back then. Good to see if it's working again.
 
I recently closed my Kotak 811 account and even got confirmation of closure.
But strangely, I’m still able to log in to both the new and old Kotak mobile banking apps with the same CRN.
I contacted customer care, and they told me that CRNs are never deleted — the bank only closes the account, but the CRN always remains in their system.

Is this true? Has anyone else faced the same situation?

Any guidance or similar experiences would be helpful.
I closed my kotak 811 last year and when I opened an account recently for 811 super, the same CRN got activated. So nothing has changed.
 
What are some useful methods to use 811 debit card, does it work on HP pay fuel transactions , mobikwik,any other use? I have got it last week still confused where should I use it

You have to do manually, filter your transaction by date and select starting as 1st August 2025 and end date as 31st August 2025.

Search "PCD," now you will see all the debit card transactions. Probably, one of the offline transaction have a excluded mcc.

Don't completely rely on tracker, it isn't accurate and it doesn't get adjusted if you refund or return something.

Don't worry if you have received less on your eligible transaction, you'll receive the rest until the the last date of this month. If it's excluded category then you won't receive.

Heres what I have discovered when I disputed my cashback for July month. Kotak will provide you with a list of transactions that were eligible in the previous month. You can either mail them and ask them to provide this list or you can directly raise a complaint stating you have received less cashback than what the tracker showed and what you have calculated.
 
Correct bhai, new T&Cs say we have to manually click on the diamond icon. I don't really get the logic though. Bc lotak thinks we are robots or something? 🤣

can i again open 811 super bank account ?

bcoz as per kotak customer care they told - once closed 811 cant be opened again !!
