I mailed to Nodal Officer on 4th March clearly mentioning the transactions were done before tnc update. Got a call on 7th saying they need more time for resolution. Till now no response
Got the email that time only. Replied immediately. I have no hope. So I thought 10 minutes is enough to write them back. Don't wanted to keep their reply in my inbox. Even didn't attach any further proof.

Does anyone have an actual utility transaction done in jan on lotak card and not cc bill payment? They're giving crazy excuses saying tnc applicable when cashback is disbursed, i think this can be taken up to rbi ombudsman if it's not a cc bill payment transaction

They told me different thing. They told me T&C applied since 1st January 2025.
Now when I asked them for the proof, seems like they are changing their own statements.

Update: Their PNO team responded well today on this matter through a call as well as through an email to put forward my arguments and my objections. Lets see how they respond resolving the issue. @Aniket@MrJJ@jyothisthaliath
