I got the email about an update in the policy of 811 super on 28th January, so the transaction before that should be eligible for cashback but last month I got nothing for the month of January, I talked to the customer service on call regarding the same thing where I mentioned they can not impose the updated rule on the past transaction as it was done before the update and I have received the cashback for the same merchant last month. But she was just saying that you are not eligible for it as per the terms and conditions and repeated same thing after my objection to it. Considering her tone to talk which was also not professional I decided to give up. And try the other route by escalating it through e-mail and asked her about the month of February transaction which I done on canara setu as I was aware based on update canara setu was a better alternative and she told me those transactions are eligible for cashback as the MCC code was 5311.
For this month I haven't done any transaction yet because I don't know which are the options now to get cashback. If somebody knows anything please share it here.
And what you guys think about escalating the matter for month of January in which I have done the transaction using airtel.
