I was going through FAQs regarding 811 accounts and found this:

You can request for a Video KYC on all days between 8AM to 7PM, including Saturdays & Sundays and also bank holidays.

It won't give cb even on amazon/fk with certainty for all txns as kotak seems to be using their own definition of mcc for different payment gateways on amazon & flipkart (& likely others too). Same issue is with hdfc swiggy card where it will give 5% cb on certain category of products purchase on amazon but 1% for other products purchases. For amazon & fk the only sure way of getting 5% on typical product purchases is by using amazonpay card & flipkart card respectively.

It is the best cashback debit card for offline shopping payments or is there any other card which gives 5% on POS transactions because I don't even know of credit card that gives 5% on offline shopping

It looks like most members were too focused on using this DC just for CC Bill payment and Utility payment. Since these 2 options are now gone, they deem this DC useless which is not right.
