I've applied for Kotak Zen Signature Card. The agent from the bank told me that its approved without any documents and she just need biometric verification. After biometric was done, the application status is showing "Application is under evaluation". Its still not showing approved. Then how come she is saying its approved?

never ever believe agent and that to kotak .... without a relationship there is no approved offer that's just plain and simple ....so he had applied for you a new card and kotak aren't even considered for LTF as they increase exposure+no rewards+torture from repayment calls ....so kindly check with customer care for a better status on application

No actually you got it wrong. I filled the application (online) Directly without any agent. After 2 days the Kotak employee messaged me about this what I've written here. It was genuine. She told me about the card which I filled. Sent ID card as well for verification.
But don't know why she said its approved where as actually it is under evaluation process.

The application got rejected today. When I asked her about this, she said I'll check with back-end team and inform you.

Kotak will chase you like hell to take a LTF League card if you have a 0 bal account with them, maintain Rs. 100 in that account, still u will get pre-approved offer.

Yesterday white card approved 🤣, Do you know limit ? 26,000 🤣🤣🤣. Fine when compared to Axis.

Cibil enquiry bhi nhi hua, Fine compared to hdfc 😅😅

I was getting league ltf pre-approved offer* with 26k limit ... mails.

Just use ac for minimal and have fd's/Kotak insurance products/use Kotak securities. The card will be approved.

Ask for reason and reconsideration.

Next time if you apply they will approve 100%

Or bhai Axis bhi itna ch*tya ni hai. High variant cards ki limit atleast 1L+ deta hai. Ye to apne best card ko ghatiya limit me de diya😂

Kotak should go back to tractor financing. They're good there itself. Banking isn't their cup of tea.
