Kotak Everyday Debit card

Hi ,i have taken the account just for eazydiner offer,i received visa card instead of rupay offer.i Tried the card and it worked fine without any issue .Ipaid the bill getting a discount of 294 using the card and second time (after 14days from first transaction)i tried to pay using the card but on the app screen it showed transaction limit exceeded 2-3 times ,luckily i had other card with 25% discount and paid using that.When contacted eazydiner CS later they told me i should not save the card and enter card everytime i pay as there is an issue from their side with the card.IS this true?

Just if you're wondering on how to get the rupay variant
Just tag the kotak bank cc team on twitter and tell them that you've recieved visa instead of rupay.
They'll send a rupay card for you.
That's how I got mine

Not sure of issue.

But offer is for Rupay DC, how did you receive for VISA variant? Did you try to check?

The guy came to my home after I visited kotak for account,he asked me to give 2 lakh check to open account to get same account number as phone number then later agreed to open account with 50k only.i agreed thinking I can transfer amount later and asked for instant kit,he said he can't (even though I said I can collect it next dayfrom bank location) and guaranteed I will get rupay variant.i received visa called and scolded him. He told me to visit bank and he will cancel card and apply new one( I live in a different City than my hometown).I complained via mail to kotak ,no response and later some random guy called and told my account was linked to some North State and he got complaint and askede to cancel complaint.

I tried to pay some 100rs and this card was accepted for discount so kept the card
