Kotak IOCL LTF. Anyone?

Anyone converted Kotak iocl credit card to LTF? Kotak retention team is not willing to convert this card to LTF and if asked to close the card, they agreed.
My card is less than a year old. Expecting fee next month. What else can be done?

New cards can't be issued due to RBI restrictions, then how can he try to get Myntra now? 🙂

Have you negotiated for fees reversal?

You can't even ask to downgrade card being cobranded and RBI restrictions to issue fresh card.

If retention team is not willing to make it LTF, withdraw your closure request and then try after few days and negotiate with another executive, for fees reversal. Tell him/her to mail the same if promise will be made.

I'll prefer switching to Myntra rupay, but they can't issue new card.

Fee will be charged next month. I never heard kotak reverses the fee.
Any way, i doubt if they can waive fee for a co-branded card.
I think it will be better to negotiate when the ban is lifted. They will have some options to offer me at that time.
