Asked but they just did not acted on it. even mailed privy league mail no reply on it. Pathetic decline if you want but we are looking into it ticket is still open. I moved to HDFC they offered imperia. Kotak sadly has gone way too low even their Branch Managers when go request from privy customer are too casual and did not revert back. Their branch managers are acting like too casual but when on financial year end they called to increase NRV as i moved my money. could not even speak after i reminded. better to avoid kotak too seems like a declining branch in north delhi as this is highly localised how thie staff acts
