Kotak league platinum credit card application status invalid

I applied for a kotak credit card in front of a agent on 13/12/22. She showed there was a ltf league platinum credit card option in the app and applied. Biometric was done immediately I got the message. But when I track it is showing invalid details. Does kotak system works like axis? I have a cibil of 772 and no income proof needed there. Do they verify home and office physically? I opened a kotak 811 account with different mobile no but it is dormant for not doing kyc.

Customer care call and grievance 2 times didn’t helped.

Now raised on twitter and they have acknowledged and checking,

Let’s see 😜.

Else, I will leave it and will plan for Edge saving account opening in April- May or later.

I think emailing them is a better option as it's a dedicated email for credit card queries.

If it’s been 30 days , for efficient and to speed up the process , file a case @ RBI ombudsman …. It will be done on priority
