Kotak league platinum credit card application status invalid

I applied for a kotak credit card in front of a agent on 13/12/22. She showed there was a ltf league platinum credit card option in the app and applied. Biometric was done immediately I got the message. But when I track it is showing invalid details. Does kotak system works like axis? I have a cibil of 772 and no income proof needed there. Do they verify home and office physically? I opened a kotak 811 account with different mobile no but it is dormant for not doing kyc.

Any update bro? i have applied by myself for kotak league CC which showed ltf for me, after which i got application reference no and an email with application pdf in which it says consent required through the link send sms on registered mobile of which i havent received any and application status shows invalid request just like yours, its been 3 days no calls received so far, does it mean my application declined/ not serviceable?? i live in urban city with 3 kotak branches in my city, any one share their experiences plz... no hard enquiry hit till now

I am also facing difficulties with Kotak application. Created 811 savings account and applied Kotak League LTF. it's been 10 days over no update. I am not getting any trace of my original application as well though savings account is all set.

I am also facing difficulties with Kotak application. Created 811 savings account and applied Kotak League LTF. it's been 10 days over no update. I am not getting any trace of my original application as well though savings account is all set.

Try escalating and see if they respond. (Level1, 2 and 3 are there in this)

Ideally if you have a bank account, then you can try to get input through Branch or mapped RM as well.

I applied Kotak league platinum yesterday and When I try to check status today it is showing invalid details.

I tried to enter application reference number, form number also mobile number + DOB.

I think it is normal with Kotak 😏

Not at all. The scene is completely different if your card is shipped with India Post

Firstly Sry for the late reply, in my case after 4 days i have received msg which says we have received ur CC application now u can track with link, after clicking link it instantly said declined. when i asked for reason they have replied my current address is out of sourcing limits even though i stay in urban area with three kotak branches in my city, i let it go as no har enquiry happened

ICICI sent my 2nd card via Meghraj Express. It took them 10 days to deliver, after dispatch. Moreover, since I was going to move to Bangalore from my home town in few days , I tracked it. Seemed like Megharaj Express didnt renew their Website domain, so after 2-3 days of card dispatch, I couldnt even track it, nor connect with their customer care, because it probably never existed, not even Twitter.

That is the stupidest thing a Credit Card department has ever done to me.

I got Amazon Pay card via Bluedart. But, the 2nd card was from that stupid courier
