Just refreshed my CIBIL report, and there are no recent inquiries. I thought it’s time to call kotak customer care and inquire if they received my application. Then I checked Experian, and it shows a Kotak inquiry of 28th feb 2024.

When did you apply (timing), I only got a reference number on site, but no mail or text, not even KYC or Adhar otp verification.

No CIBIL enquiry if you have existing Kotak card.

It takes time to reflect there. Try checking after few hours.

I hold an account with Kotak, but there’s no VKYC (Video KYC) verification. Additionally, I haven’t received any proper communication via SMS or email to confirm whether my application is being verified. Hail Kotak! 😂🌟

Kotak hasn't worked for seamless UPI Rupay Payments yet. They're now improving gradually. It may take some more time. However payments are going through easily since past week.

My cibil wasn't hit, @D₹V said no cibil hit if you have Kotak account only Experia inquiry
