Kotak Myntra Mastercard to RuPay Conversion Request Accepted:

Kotak Myntra RuPay conversion -

After fighting for almost 20 days they finally took the request to convert the Kotak Myntra Master to Rupay

It finally happened after I sent them the RBI circular regarding payment networks.

Fingers crossed for Rupay

Regarding kotak credit card it seems direct e-mail contact is not available. We have to go through the website and to have enquiries and captcha matching. It is better KMB may take a note of this. ( example - support @hdfc.com & reachus@indusind.com )
