I don't think anyone here is applying this card for it's reward rate. It's mostly for lounge and a premium feel.

What is the issue with email id? You can enter that now also.

By the time we will travel there will be devaluation and lounge will be removed

This will not create any problem for you. If you want to apply for this credit card, you can proceed and apply for this credit card without any worry because even if you change your mobile number and email id, still your PAN number will be same and it will be linked to the same CRN number.
