Same for me... no update on physical KYC. Have sent DM to Kotak on Twitter asking for update 🙂

On Twitter they asked me same, mode of application and date.

I replied Online and Thursday.

I had a kotak 811 account so applied for my brother using the above link. He was NTB, salaried, chose 75k+ salary, and have completed the vkyc. Will be applying for the add-on card once it shows up in the app.
