Jio seems down. I did around 6-7 txns in the evening all went through but now every txn is failing.

for which bank CC payment?

yes sir platinum I rechecked, did 3 transaction 2 came as rental BBPs 1 as normal and got points for normal one only

Okay understood .. so now RentalBBPSNO is officially being ruled out it seems..
okay good to know.. we need to look for alternatives for these .. not many banks come under this anyway..

No it's not even going to the txn page. After showing load screen it goes to payment fail screen.

Today afternoon I paid axis cc bill using unipay and transaction went through smoothly, but payment not settled with axis. (there are 2 axis listed on unipay, I had paid the bbps one which is there on page 2)

So I had to pay again by NEFT just to be safe.

Happened with my HDFC bill.
If the amount is deducted.
It can go either way. In 3-4 business days.
But whatever happens. You'll get RPs.

My transaction was refunded. After 4 days. So I paid again with Jiofinance. Got double RPs.

Double RP is interesting. if the transaction is being considered utility, wont the rp be deducted back as well for the refund?

@VISHESH_BANSAL can confirm that they give RPs even for transactions that are refunded later.

Update : trying jiofinance for the first time. Fails to fetch even the bill stating invalid details. Sigh

Happened with me as well. Transaction got reversed after a week and I thought hdfc will reverse the points, but they didn't. So I enjoyed the points without spending anything

Just in case this helps someone, seems like jio is facing server issues. So better to avoid for timebeing. In other news, sbi unipay to my surprise paid instantly (earlier when I had tried it used to fail a lot and take a considerable time even 8-9 days) so that was nice

Better avoid. Select MC not giving. Exclusive should be in the same boat

I was trying for HDFC for around 3-4 hrs yesterday but not worked over JioFinance.
Worked over Canara Setu.

Seems Canara Setu is better & stable as compared with JioFinance.

Only thing with Canara Setu is everytime need to enter the debit card information.

I am seeing issue with JioFinance for HDFC almost everytime

I saw issue with Canara Setu twice --> both the times the payment page didn't load --> so no need to worry on payment deduction.
