Ongoing issues
(1)
For Non-BBPS CC billers (like Amex or SC), you cannot use SBI Unipay and most other apps. You can load Amazon wallet or payzapp wallet using debit cards which give points on Wallet load (like HDFC Millenia) and pay using the bill desk website. Alternatively, you can use cc issuer NEFT/UPI details as well.
Amex: https://www.americanexpress.com/in/...-statements-and-balance/making-a-payment.html
SC: https://www.sc.com/in/credit-cards/payment-option/

(2) HDFC Billpay service has changed it's MCC, so avoid using that. Use Unipay instead.
(3) Indus dc points are not regular, so will have to wait and still no guarantee that you will get the points or correct number of points.
(4): Some have reported idfc dc is blocked while account is active. You can complaint to idfc, it gets solved in 3-5 days.
(5) SBI Unipay does not allow to pay SBI CC bill when you are logged in for some users. So, dont login and you will be able to pay SBI CC bill.

Got this in email from stanchart. So they will be migrating soon to BBPS it seems.

As you are aware there are multiple methods to make a payment towards your outstanding credit card balance.

One of these methods is through the use of third-party apps like (but not limited to) PhonePe, Google Pay, CRED, Amazon Pay, Paytm and more.

To comply with the recent guidelines issued by Bharat Bill Pay System (BBPS), the Bank is in the process of enabling payments through third-party apps.

In the interim, we would like to inform you that your Standard Chartered Bank credit card payment through such platforms may no longer be supported.
Sab banks BBPS me aayega.

Standard Chartered Bank toh share holder bhi hai BBPS ka aur BBPS ab ek For-profit company hai. SCB ko dividend bhi milta hai BBPS se aur kal ko SCB apna shares bech dega toh acha khasa faida hoga toh BBPS ka market share badhane me Standard Chartered Bank ko help karna chahiye.

Anyways they are upgrading their CC backend and doing major revamp.
Uss reason se abhi tak nahi kiya move shayad.

Thats new info. So StanChart is definitely going bbps.

How about amex? Are they also share holders in bbps?

Need to pay 1 L amex credit card bill and 50K SC credit card bill, Having RBL signature plus and hdfc platinum debit card. Need to know from which platform will I get the benefit some one please guide me.

I am able to see Debit option. It is there, please clear cache and try again
I tried to make a payment using billpay.setu.co, but it only offers the UPI option.
However, billpe.setu.co works fine , gives all payment options.

I have another doubt, I have a credit card bill of 1.5L. I want to use IDFC debit card for the payment. Should I make a full payment of 1.5L or break it into smaller parts?

it is better to break it into smaller parts

I made single payment of 2.14L through Canara setu in single transaction using IDFC Select debit card. But I am not responsible if your card and account is blocked

@PKMKB batao bhai kya kya kiya tha aapne 😂
Linkedin per BBPS support se chat initiate karo or BBPS transaction ID do. Wo log udhar 1 ghante m reply de dete h or 3-5 Working days m issue resolve kar denge.

Canara bank ka koi direct contact information nahi h PG Setu ke liye. Unke grievance redressal mechanism ko follow karna padega or kisi random bade bank per non customer complaint karni padegi or udhar apni dukh, dard or peeda likhni padegi.

Waha se fir wo log complaint ko samjhenge or assist karenge. Refund automatically bhi aa jata h 7 days m. Yaha kisi ka hua tha fail or 3 working days m auto refund ho gaya tha.
