Canara bank ka koi direct contact information nahi h PG Setu ke liye. Unke grievance redressal mechanism ko follow karna padega or kisi random bade bank per non customer complaint karni padegi or udhar apni dukh, dard or peeda likhni padegi.

Waha se fir wo log complaint ko samjhenge or assist karenge. Refund automatically bhi aa jata h 7 days m. Yaha kisi ka hua tha fail or 3 working days m auto refund ho gaya tha.

Aisa nahi hona chahiye. Canara setu per mujhe jyada trust h Unipay or Jio finance ki muqabale. Din ki multiple transactions ki h or kabhi bhi failure observe nahi kiya.

SBI Card ke case m mostly transactions fail hui h meri. waha agar ek paisa bhi extra dedo to paise cut ho jate or fir refund ke liye wait karo.

wo log kabhi reply nahi dete waha. ek banda 31st July se refund ka wait kar raha h. Inke to branch manager ko bhi nahi pata ki setu karke inka koi payments portal h. ye acchi baat h kyunki agar aapko kabhi mood swings hue or canara bank ko tweet karke unko FYI kar diya ki hum aapko aise lut rahe h, unko shayad kuch bhi samjh na aaye.

Mujhe BBPS support se bhi confirmation mil gaya tha linkedin per ki refund process ho gaya h.

Not sure. You can raise a grievance using "customer" option. As you did not use your Net Banking/Canara DC for this payment, don't think they'll be able to help.

Problem is nobody knows that there's something called Setu Billpe by Canara Bank. Even if they know, they wouldn't know the right contacts to escalate your matter.

I might file an RTI to chase after Setu's dedicated team support contact/DL.

1)Canara Setu is not accepting visa/ mastercard debit cards from 20th Feb.

Updated as on 22nd Feb'25 I will keep on updating here and on https://x.com/sm98119

1a) RBL signature + dc: Pay using Canara setu. 1% cashback for cc bill payment upto 1000rs pm. Extra 5,000 Rs voucher if spend of 5L or more in a year. Fees 5.9k issuance (get 5k voucher) and 1.8k annual (waived off on 3L spends). Can open multiple accounts with same pan to get multiple dc.

2) HDFC Millennia debit card: Pay using Canara setu to get 2.5% cashback. Or load...
