My transaction failed at UNIPAY but amount deducted from card. How much time it takes to refund ? Or it gets credited to card ? Do I need to raise ticket for it ?

wait for 2-3 working days it will come back to account, i have tasted transaction failures with all three sbiunipay, canara setu and jio finance amount came back to account in 2-3 working days

Unipay takes a week for refund

I didnt receive Reward Points for Canara Setu and JioPay Transactions done on 1st september using my IDFC DC yet.
Can anyone confirm if we are still getting RP using IDFC DC on the above portals or Airtel app ?

Hello people,

I have an issue which I cannot find mentioned anywhere in any thread here...

I opened a IDFC Salary account & received a Platinum Plus DC 3 days back hoping that I will get RP's on CC bill payment.

So, I tried to pay my IndusInd bank's CC bill using it on SBI Unipay, JIO and PAYTM but everywhere it is failing. The OTP page never gets open and I get only FAILURE message.

I then went to MANAGE the Online transaction amount for this DC in app and tried all apps again to pay CC bill, still FAILED.

So, I tried on Swiggy and payment was successful. So, DC is working fine, but...

Points mil to jayege na IDFC me for Canara Setu, Unipay or Airtel App , coz I have bills to pay in excess of 80k+

Like I said bhai, portals ka issue nhi hai woh correct mention kiye hai but issue, IDFC ke end se hai

Abhi mai kehdu ki sab mil jayega phir aapko IDFC se na mile toh phir mujhe blame karoge :/

Nevermind... Realized that Cred isn't supporting HSBC CC payment itself... looks like unless it onboards to BBPS, nothing will work...

pay with sbi debit card you will get 0.25 reward points

But paying in mobilwik doesnt give you reward points
