Strange, I tried on sbi CC. Do you have any sbi cc? If yes, try that. Perhaps it could be bank specific?

Yes I tried with sbi cc only.

Just updated the app to latest version on three different mobiles but none of them has dc option. One of these three Airtel app accounts is hardly used for cc payments so overuse is out of question. Another strange thing I noticed in your screenshot is that on the top left where it says "amount payable" there is no "creditcard bill XXXX" written under it. In all my apps on all 3 devices it says creditcard bill XXXX where XXXX are the last four digits of the cc (check my the screenshot I attached). And yes I am also trying to pay sbi cc bill.
