Why should that be done? I don't understand?

So that anyone and everyone (google's crawler) can't just search Debit card for bill payment and get the answer publically. Again TF Buzz is easily attainable in a week or two and allows a free flow of information, while protecting it from lazy google searches.

Moreover time and again forums around the world have been in this cycle. What eventually happens is closed groups are created and it defeats the whole purpose of having a forum. I think threads like these should be locked only for Forum Members with a basic Limit say TF Buzz and above; easy to achieve and still protecting the thread. Most piracy forums like MDL (all MS activators are made here) have similer policy, all threads locked unless you are a Forum Member at a basic level.
