Off topic query, I got the hdfc virtual rupay cc but customer care saying not eligible for 250 gv for approval as spend criterion not met. Was there some condition like spend X amt within Y days to get the 250 gv?

Millennia dc points come after almost 120 days so much more risk compared to cards that give points within few days.

Union bank signature 1% unlimited.

Why this was not popular or less preferred when it gives 1% but not limited to ₹750 as limited in HDFC Platinum DC?
