Gosh but who pays for Legend card? That too 10k. Its available LTF through offline channel.

My father got a legend CC just last week...the agent claimed it to be LTF...I haven't used the CC yet...also I haven't been charged 10K...now I am scared to use the CC
Don't activate or use it. Get it LTF in writing, else either push to make it LTF basis agent claim, escalate to RBI, or else if you don't want the jhanjhat wati 30 days card will be auto closed because of not being activated due to RBI rules.
Do you have any proof? Have you activated the card or done any tx on it? Follow what I said here.

I have already set a Pin and activated online transactions but haven't used it yet
Escalate to make it LTF / close card. Push to RBI if all other channels fail. Since pin is set, card would be considered activated. Do you have any proof?
people get money by applying legened not the otherway around..
try to get it ltf and ask the support to reverse the fee, fight for it.
atleast check the threads before applying any card. I too get legend card but LTF with no joining fees and even 2000 cashback on approval.

When you call them this time, make sure to ask straight up for the vouchers. I also paid 5k for this stupid card, and later I found out that the card is given to everyone for free. 🤣

I got it LTF from indusind website 🤣 few months back
Did you receive this card as an upgrade? It seems like it was offered to you by an agent, just as it happened to me back then. The only difference is that these offers were active at that time, and I received the vouchers after paying the joining fees.
Always apply for a card if it's LTF. If chargeable either one time or annually then do your research. There are ample no of videos or websites reviewing each and every card nowadays like mobile reviews. Keep pestering support team with emails or calls
I was offered the Legend CC (as LTF) over phone by some employee from the IndusInd credit card department (as claimed). She was pressing me for a quick approval, since apparently she had some target to meet by some deadline!
I said I must verify the legitimacy of the offer from my RM before agreeing. She reluctantly agreed, but warned me that I might be pressed to apply through the RM, but I won't get it LTF then!
To my surprise my RM seemed very interested, and quickly checked and reassured me about the genuineness of the offer. "But you shouldn't give 'go ahead' over phone, you may not get it LTF. I'll confirm the LTF status right on my screen, and send you a link for approval". I said, okay, send me the link.
In the meantime I tried calling the girl at the Credit card department a couple of times, with no reply.
The link came, I clicked on it, and within a couple of minutes it was approved!
The girl called the next day. I felt really sorry to disappoint her with the news that it was too late.
I'd been fortunate never having to work in such dog-eat-dog situations.

Called the agent and reconfirmed abt LTF and No joining fees....this time I made Call recording
Never.. legend lia hi isliye hai ki Pinnacle mei upgrade to sake...
Will try to upgrade after 6 month as i got the card recently.. if they upgrade then it's good else will close legend as well..
Is there any criteria for Pinnacle LTF?
