LIC IDFC select offers good welcome bonus on spending Rs 10k within one month of card issuance. I want to know what categories qualify to meet this 10k criteria .does fuel qualify for this criteria?

1 Reward point = ₹0.25

2000x0.25 - 500/- for spend of 10,000 Thats 5% return. And to redeem those 2000 points we have to pay 116.82 (99 redemption charges and 18% GST on it)
so, we get 3.84% return
