Life time free hdfc pixel play credit card

Today in my payzapp app i found banner mentioning life time free hdfc pixel card and applied. I got the card but how to check if my card is lifetime free or not. Anyone else got the offer?

Edit: finally received the reply from payzapp support and they said i am eligible for life time free card.

I am getting an error on limit transfer page even though all dues are clear

The PayZapp team replied finally. They said "As checked internally, your HDFC credit card does not have a transferrable limit. Please apply for the Pixel card again after your current application expires". W T F, with 1.88L limit and 3 cards - Freedom LTF (core card), Swiggy LTF and Neu ∞ LTF, it's not transferrable? I don't understand this wording. Have asked again to clarify. They said "We want to remove the CIBIL enquiry" but no further info on when they will do it. Have asked for a timeline and to remove from CRIF as well. If certain customers are not eligible "due to no transferrable limit", can't these jerks do checks for this BEFORE they do credit bureau enquiry? The whole Pixel team is a bunch of very bad coders, poorly built credit card application process.

I can't set up UPI PIN they have no answer replied it is temporary issue and closed the tickets idiots.

You actually don't need this card if you already have a core HDFC credit card.

Here, i received the banner again.
I tried to apply but some challenges -
1. Its showing 500, 999 fees as per variant but don't know which card would be LTF in that case??
2. It is asking to split my existing card limit. That's not good. Instead they should have allowed to share the same limit instead of decreasing the limit and that too from my main hdfc card instead of IOCL credit card.
