Life time free hdfc pixel play credit card

Today in my payzapp app i found banner mentioning life time free hdfc pixel card and applied. I got the card but how to check if my card is lifetime free or not. Anyone else got the offer?

I saw that too in my PayZapp app. I called my HDFC RM, and sent her the banner photo.
She spoke with the CC team and informed me that it is not LTF even though the banner shows it as LTF. It will be chargeable. For my account specifically, it would be FYF.
Be aware of HDFC CC LTF Traps.

What shows in banner doesnt matter. What shows in the Final Card Price page / option - only that matters.

If there is no email ID provided, we should avoid applying in the first place. Even if everything seems fine now, you may need to provide additional information later. In the worst-case scenario, if there’s any misuse of your card, having no official way to communicate with the issuer can lead to complications and potentially significant costs.

Exactly without proper escalation matrix no point in applying. Whom to reach in case of any issue.

I tried applying for my wife yesterday, she is already holding 3 cobranded plus one hdfc virtual rupay card, on payzapp homepage ( it was showing ltf), on card selection page, charges were mentioned, hence I dropped the application midway ( from card selection page) , raise grievance mail with hdfc yesterday, received response today to raise ticket on payzapp app, I have raised ticket on app today evening. I too have 4 hdfc credit cards but i won't apply for it as I have to split limit, which I am not willing to even if the card is ltf, as it will make it more difficult to get infinia in future.

First you get limit increase then Infinia so np

don't close, fight for it - if you really want this card. you're eligible for LTF, just deal with patience.

closing is last option. Now I have 5 cards from HDFC

I also tried to apply Ltf pixel but after entering details it is showing paid card and asking for limit transfer from existing card.
Now I wasted one enquiry, is any way remove this enquiry?
Can I mail hdfc grievance and ask for remove this because this is mis-selling showing Ltf and next page it became paid?

HDFC seems to be playing with customers. I also saw the banner for LTF Swiggy card, only to find it was only FYF! Escalated them, only to get a response, the card is only FYF, happily cancelled it

I guess it varies from customer to customer and location. For me nue was FYF but others go it as LTF.

Applied after getting LTF banner in payzapp. Was showing Pixel Play and Go so picked Play (as it is better variant).Had to transfer some limit from Regalia Gold. Nowhere it mentioned any fees. It was giving option to choose Visa, Rupay or Both variants (Visa physical & Rupay Virtual). Opted for Rupay and card was generated instant. It did a CIBIL hit. Process completed in less than 5 minutes.

I got my Swiggy HDFC as LTF. A lot of people got it.
It was FYF from Swiggy Portal mostly but on hdfc applyonline cc portal it was LTF. They were having a CC Drive for that card as LTF. Where did you apply from ?

Did you verify if it was truly LTF from Customer Care after Card Generation ?

same for me but check your email you will see 500 fee
