Today in my payzapp app i found banner mentioning life time free hdfc pixel card and applied. I got the card but how to check if my card is lifetime free or not. Anyone else got the offer?

Edit: finally received the reply from payzapp support and they said i am eligible for life time free card. 1000102875.webp

If credit bureau enquiry is already done, raise a ticket via the app. In most cases the ultra nalayak PayZapp team won't bother to remove the enquiry or give any satisfactory reply or resolution. Then approach HDFC Bank PNO and threaten RBI ombudsman complaint. If they still don't, file the RBI complaint and demand compensation for playing with your CIBIL & CRIF when they can't even build a proper bug-free credit card application process and then disappear when you ask to remove the entry for being unable to finish the application.

Unfortunately no CIBIL hit yet for complaint.
According to payzapp chat support & twitter.. only solution is to update app and Retry .. already done multiple times but same issue

I had three enquiries one in Nov two in Dec. Tata nue infinity and Dinners club privilege were reject no valid reason. Only Pixel was approved. I asked to suppress CIBIL enquires on other two applications cards as three were done in 1 month Nov20 to Dec20 escalated still they said they will not remove. Will there be of any use if report to RBI?

Apply directly from HDFC website, I think they are migrating application process to website ,as they know payzapp application process is filled with bugs.

If they are 3 enquiries for 3 different cards, then I think bank won’t remove enquiries. No use of complaining to RBI

If the credit card application was successfully submitted then of course no bank will remove the credit bureau enquiry as we voluntarily agreed to that and it's understood that when applying for a CC, a credit bureau enquiry will be done. But it's when they do this enquiry and the application process is bugged/errors out and we're unable to submit the application that it's injustice done on the customer. Fixing the error is the bank's job. Or remove the enquiry. Not in any other case.

I managed to remove it before now giving another try with HDFC. I guess few enquires can be removed if all were done in same month from same bank. My score won't change by checking again and again it would be redundant to have 3 in one month.
