Life Time Free (LTF) HDFC Pixel Play Credit Card

Today in my payzapp app i found banner mentioning life time free hdfc pixel card and applied. I got the card but how to check if my card is lifetime free or not. Anyone else got the offer?

Edit: finally received the reply from payzapp support and they said i am eligible for life time free card.

Then you are not eligible for any core HDFC card I think.

Don’t think so. The card is locked to Payzapp I think. It’s not even visible in HDFC app

No, I never used visa variant…but I read somewhere visa also fetches RP.. I will try next time for a small amount

As I remember few months back @SSV quoted that he was paying through Payzapp with his IndusInd exclusive MC debit card and got points.
Is it still working @SSV gaaru?

Used MC card right?

Yes.. used Exclusive MC World card for ~ 32K payment..
Currently points stand at.. 1,611.. Lets see what happens in a few days.

If I have 2shared card then the total limit of shared card will be reduced?

Yes, every card will loose selected limit

And I applied hdfc pixel cc new application and again after limit transfer page it is showing you are not eligible for pixel play credit card.
Now what to do? Two enquiries wasted due to this.

And I applied hdfc pixel cc new application and again after limit transfer page it is showing you are not eligible for pixel play credit card.
Now what to do? Two enquiries wasted due to this.

HDFC issues pixel play and go basis of profile of user, may be hdfc finds you eligible for pixel go only. I am assuming this basis of the 'change card' prompt on screenshot.

Now it is showing application rejected.
Sometime it shows for both card that you are not eligible for both cards. and sometime showing application rejected.

Then sadly no option but to wait for 2 months, I think HDFC reached the target number for this card (End of quarter)

I again tried in mid of December --> this time the card was showing only FYF
I opened the app 2 days back --> saw the LTF banner and this time got applied successfully

I raised the ticket with payzapp team to confirm if it's LTF --> they sent generic message for fees wavier and giving LTF after December 1st (no where confirmed if it's LTF for me).
I reached out to the consumer forum with all proofs --> Next day got reply in same ticket that your card is LTF (even mentioned the last 4 digit of card).

PIXEL linked to PAYZAPP only and it will not show in MYCARDS
AFAIK both cards share the same statement
I'm holding the RUPAY variant with physical card
