Life Time Free (LTF) HDFC Pixel Play Credit Card

Today in my payzapp app i found banner mentioning life time free hdfc pixel card and applied. I got the card but how to check if my card is lifetime free or not. Anyone else got the offer?

Edit: finally received the reply from payzapp support and they said i am eligible for life time free card.

HDFC is such an insecure brat! Starts offering cards LTF when sees other FI are closing towards it in numbers. Else charges fees even for moneyback and Neu plus... 😀

Problem with hdfc is it creates confusion for ltf cards which is unnecessary and creates unwanted hassle for everyone, if only they can mention everything clearly

Received reply from hdfc grievance department, they said to raise ticket on payzapp app, exactly as someone said before, hdfc doesn't entertain queries related to pixel card. Now if someone has email id of payzapp plz share or if anyone has received response from payzapp plz do share

@Tarun239 do already hold a hdfc cc?.. i think Lifetime offer will be applicable only for new customers as it is the main condition for currently running offer for moneyback,bizz,tata card&swiggy LTF offer.

It showed LTF on PayZ but in email Rs 500 fee mentioned after applying. Is this same as BOB Premier it shows fee in the application although customer care confirms it as LTF.

If you have a screenshot, you can fight through email, it'll be definitely LTF.

already sent waiting for reply I even got notification FYF after getting the card I can show that screenshot as well and close it if they charge any fee.

don't close, fight for it - if you really want this card. you're eligible for LTF, just deal with patience.

But there is no email id since hdfc will not deal with pixel cards. We have to raise request via payzapp app which is painful.

I tried applying for my wife yesterday, she is already holding 3 cobranded plus one hdfc virtual rupay card, on payzapp homepage ( it was showing ltf), on card selection page, charges were mentioned, hence I dropped the application midway ( from card selection page) , raise grievance mail with hdfc yesterday, received response today to raise ticket on payzapp app, I have raised ticket on app today evening. I too have 4 hdfc credit cards but i won't apply for it as I have to split limit, which I am not willing to even if the card is ltf, as it will make it more difficult to get infinia in future.

If there is no email ID provided, we should avoid applying in the first place. Even if everything seems fine now, you may need to provide additional information later. In the worst-case scenario, if there’s any misuse of your card, having no official way to communicate with the issuer can lead to complications and potentially significant costs.
