Today i received sms about limit decreased on my platinum rewards card how to fix this?

It seems they simply ignored the step to calculate the credit limit & just issued the last one.

In mid of May month they hit cibil and card approved in June month I think they ignored CIBIL based limit

Please fight only if you think your case is sustainable and you really need this card.
Otherwise there're no point in wasting time & energy & losing peace of mind for nothing.
If I were you,I would have just cancelled the card & moved on.
