loading wallets using cc, but not being counted as wallet loads

can we have a repository of ways in which we can load wallets using cc, but the MCC wouldn't be treated as a wallet load? many CCs have lower or no reward points for wallet loads.
i know uber-amazon pay.

yes. useful in completing monthly spend milestones of you are falling short of 4000. or have a credit card that gives rewards on wallet loads.

If we use Axis credit card for Paytm wallet load through zomato, it will show as Paytm wallet transaction in the statement. No reward points will be provided

It is classified as Merchant Code “MOTO” that’s why points will be earned

Always see on the otp page, if it says Paytm Noida, then all cards give reward points. Tested several times.
