loading wallets using cc, but not being counted as wallet loads

can we have a repository of ways in which we can load wallets using cc, but the MCC wouldn't be treated as a wallet load? many CCs have lower or no reward points for wallet loads.
i know uber-amazon pay.

Always see on the otp page, if it says Paytm Noida, then all cards give reward points. Tested several times.

Merchant name is random, you can't do anything about it.
Just try 2-3 times, it's just pure luck.

i loaded paytm wallet via credit card directly and also via zomato. in both transaction sms, merchant name is same. so i think zomato paytm is still getting registered as a wallet load.
the only advantage being that via zomato, they are not charging 2% for cc payment.

I get cashback on Ace & FK while loading Paytm wallet through Zomato. But no cashback on Freecharge card.
