I see hdfc sanchay plus program is offering interest at 9% without cibil check. Is it worth to get? Also I want to mainly know the repayment. Can it be paid via online modes or only EVs is possible?

My relative has and since there is no cibil check planning to use this to build cibil score for them cos they don't use credit cards

So wanted to check if there is any hidden costs n exp if someone availed the loan
