Looking for a Credit/Debit Card with Lounge Access - Low Fees Preferred

Hi,

I’m looking for new credit or debit card that gives me domestic and international lounge access. I typically travel about 2 times per quarter (both within India and abroad).

Here’s what I’m looking for:

• Lowest possible joining and renewal fees (without some spend criteria).
• My monthly spends are around ₹10k–₹15k, mostly on Amazon Pay vouchers for bills and shopping.
• I was previously using IndusInd EazyDiner Signature, but with the recent devaluation (lounge access removed), it’s not worth it anymore.
• Right now, I’m using a friend’s Amex Platinum card and Priority Pass, but I’d prefer having my own card.

Any suggestions for a good alternative? Priority is lounge access with minimal fees. Would love to hear your experiences with cards you’re using for this.

• HDFC Bank Marriott Bonvoy CC
• SBI Card PRIME
• UNION BANK Rupay Select/ Visa Signature by UDAAN

Federal Celesta or Imperio. Both LTF cards without minimum spend requirements.
Or Open PNB Elite account and get 3 Rupay Select Debit cards. 1 lounge/qtr plus other RSDC benefits

Federal bank card do not give unconditional domestic lounge access anymore. But still can be considered since they offer international lounge without spends criteria.

For domestic lounges, you can go for federal scapia, unlimited lounges for 10k spend per month
