I tried in one account where I had redeemed last year, and in a completely new account. Both didn't work.
Can you tell which location/restaurant you made the reservation at? So I can replicate the exact steps.

Booked using 'Lake View Cafe' at Powai-Mumbai. But any restaurant in the given list works.

I deleted all the cookies and temp files
Then opened Google incognito mode on the laptop to login to the birthday offer using a different mobile number.
A restaurant was booked and I saw the discount but the coupon code is missing

What about changing the name and changing the email address along with the new mobile number on your same existing handset?
