I don't mind losing 2.15% as long as I get 97.85% .
Earlier they replied on email that refund will come within 4 to 5 days.
Now they are extending it to 7 days.

You would definitely mind losing that 2.15% if it wasn't just Rs 2.15. For some people here that 2.15% is more than Rs 1500 and I am sure many others have even more money stuck but they are not mentioning it.
