One of my friends was applying for a BOB credit card. The day before yesterday, after completing the DigiLocker KYC, he got a server error.

Then yesterday, after entering his salary details and company name, the status suddenly changed to “Application on Hold.” The error message also said that someone from BoB will contact him, but he wants to complete the entire application online only and avoid any offline steps.

Exact Same happened with me, nobody contacted me after that

When did you receive the email from Bank of Baroda stating that your application was rejected?

If someone’s online application (new link) gets declined, do they need to wait for six months before applying again offline? Has anyone here been rejected through the online process but later got approved through an offline application within six months ?

BOB is offering only the Easy and Select credit cards to me. After entering all my details—which even triggered a CIBIL enquiry—only these two options are showing up.

I’m completely disappointed with this PSU bank. My credit profile is around 7 years old, my CIBIL score is 786, credit utilisation is below 2%, and my annual income is approximately ₹8.5 lakh (with proper income documents).

I even tried entering an annual income of ₹12.6 lakh just to check if the Eterna card appears, but I was at least expecting to be eligible for the Premier card as LTF.

I only need a BoB card for instant discount offers; after that, it will just stay in the drawer. I already have plenty of cards from other banks for regular use and offers. There’s no way I’m applying for the Easy or Select card.

Yes, and premier card is 7.2 L, that's why I was expecting a LTF Premier card, they are not offering that
