LTF on the *HDFC Bank Diners Institute program* is getting withdrawn from 27th Oct onwards.

I do have a case here which i need to readdress.
I have applied for DCB alumni program around august 2023. Later its verification call kyc things started and in September i had to go out of country for one week, during that time, they called me for address verification and my Jio network was unreachable at that time (it waslast verification cal, before that they took almost 3-4 verification steps). Later on they sent mail to post address proof with signature and a filled form which they attached in mail to their Chennai headquarter. I did same in October. But they kept sending mail. S i did sent it again in October end.
After that i found my card is still unde process. But when i ask CC they say application is closed (talked in march 2024)
I sent mail to readdrsal something website of HDFC and they stated same that application is closed because they were unable to verify address.
I told him aboit the scenario and also about not contacting again after Trip also about sending docs as instructed. But there response are still same.
But after that readdrsal mail, they again started sending mail about speed post address proof to Chennai HQ.
But this time they haven't mentioned any application number in mail
Should i take it further or leave it?
