Regalia Gold LTF Regalia Gold?

I am using HDFC Regalia Gold, was issued to me in Aug 2023 and I have spent 4 Lac + in 6-7 Months which makes it next year free but is there any way I can convert it to LTF.
I have a preferred bank account and maintaining more than 5L for almost a year now.

I was hoping to apply for regalia gold cc.

My current net salary is approx 8.50 p.a after all deduction and loan payment.

I have 2 cc of ICICI Bank limit 7.40 lakhs and idfc of 7.80 lakhs along with amex gold and MRCC card.

Presently I don't have any relationship with HDFC Bank. Can I apply for the card ?

word of advice and suggestion: new to bank always has upper edge when compared to existing relationship. So, try your level best to get what you want. Any bank.. infact any service..

Any update? Did you manage to get it converted to LTF? I have a Millennia LTF and I'm seeing an upgrade offer for a Regalia Gold FYF. Currently I'm well contented with the Millennia but I'll need 3 domestic and 2 international lounge accesses for my trip this October. So I'm in a tricky situation here. Upgrading to the Regalia Gold FYF and then downgrading it back to Millennia post my trip in October seems like an unnecessary risk.

I tried it multiple times, but they are not converting it to LTF.

I got upgraded from Regalia First (LTF) to Regalia Gold (FYF) earlier this year (March'24), have spent close to 2 lakhs as of June

I emailed bank if there is a chance for Infinia, which obviously they declined and on the same email I requested if they could "atleast" convert my card to LTF and my wish was granted

Now the card is LTF.

Since the card is LTF , I have spent another 4 lakhs (not great rewards in comparison to Diners Club black (PVC or Metal) or Infinia)

These are necessary spends and nothing forced, I am aiming to see an offer for Diners club Black upgrade in few months
