"Dear customer, your PNB credit card application is lying discrepant." If you get this SMS, call them on phone numbers listed here: https://pnbcard.in/reachus.html . Most probably they will be wanting further docs like more years ITR or salary slip but it could be some other reason too like signature mismatch, photo not clear, some document not uploaded or couldn't be verified. Customer care will tell you why application is stuck. If its income docs related, email those to ccpc [at] pnb [dot] co [dot] in and another copy to creditcardpnb2 [at] pnb [dot] co [dot] in for application to be processed further. All this info told by PNB CC customer care.

Can anyone suggest a good Rupay card which I can use for UPI transactions? Waiting for Tata Neu LTF offer for me, any other card to consider? Which would be easy to apply either - online/offline, any LTF offers?

PNB Rupay Platinum (LTF, if you do atleat 1 transaction per calendar quarter)
BOB Easy & Premier (LTF in offer currently running, BOB very soon will be on boarded for UPI linking)
HDFC UPI Rupay (virtual, for existing users, provided only when offered, NOT LTF, but low fee[Rs295], FYF for some, easy spend based waiver [on 25k retail spend])
HDFC Moneyback/Regalia (LTF when applied offline C2C basis)
HDFC Tata Neu (FYF, LTF when offered)
KOTAK IOCL (Launched LTF, but now 449+GST, check?)
KOTAK Veer (LTF, but not available for all)
AXIS IOCL (LTF in offer, check while in application process OR ask experts for referal)
List is not exhaustive, wrote what came into my mind. Correct me if i am wrong.

Thanks for the suggestions, will check on pnb and Bob. Btw, how is Bob service - customer care/app etc? Also currently have HDFC millenia, not sure will get another Regalia rupay ltf or not.

you'll feel living in 1970s. typical Government bank Expect 4-5 x time than usual private banks in process. worst support considering size & standing of the bank. you'll have to try 5-10 times to talk to a CC executive, that too they will drive the call and will end on their own even when you say them bachao-bachao Help!!

Nops then no LTF. millenia isnt available in rupay. You can consider HDFC UPI Rupay Card, easy waiver.
Any way to get it LTF now?

Yes offer for BOB might be still going - you can check - I applied on 20 April - it showed me LTF. Still waiting for card - hope by month end I get it

When I applied, at the card selection page, when I selected Premier : the annual fees and joining fees was striked off. If you want to apply - you can take a chance - BOB Easy can be LTF easily. Not sure about Premier or other if they have changed in May month. Atleast till April they were LTF, except Eterna.

Other way would be try going to branch and ask credit card department there - they will have idea regarding LTF. Or search for any BOB agent for offline c2c

I don't know how you didn't had to face Physical verification. BoB agent came to my house for physical verification for my card.
