LTF Sapphiro Card

Hello Friends,

2 weeks back I received a call from corporate RM and she offered me LTF Sapphiro CC. She just asked me to send my home address and the card would be delivered. I pinged her the details nd in 2 days she called me to say that I would be getting 13 laks limit on the sapphiro. I said ok and today it started showing in the imobile app and looks like it shares the limit with my existing APAY card of 20 laks limit.

is this correct or am I missing something?

PS: No credit check was done for this card and indeed nothing hit cibil or experian.

I also got the offer for rubyx LTF. I had taken rubyx because not sure when they will offer another LTF

@SSV should we take LTF Offer Rubyx or wait for LTF Sapphiro. What are the chances of getting LTF offer again if we skip?

Since you are thinking about both, I would ask- what is difference between b/w rubyx ans sapphiro?

Good news... everything went according to the plan .. It only took 2 days since I transferred my money into ICICI WM account...

Got the Sapphiro Amex / MC Dual variant LTF with the 50L TRV , just now..
Good thing is I got my CL increased to 15L from 7.7L .. this will be good news for my future EMeralde PVC LTF / EPM paid..

Another one bite the dust.. Moving onto the next one...

I am juggling my funds sometime next month ,
decided to park 50L for 2 days with ICICI nd getting Sapphiro LTF ...
20L already there in ICICI , 30Lwill find a temporary home in ICIC for 2 days , before they moved in to other investments..

They didn't budge..
Le me get this Spahhiro LTF first and then my aim would be to get Emerlade PVC LTf or EPM in the next year...

I actually prefer emeralde pvc ltf than epm

And what does trigger limit enhancement?

I have applied and received Rubyx credit card as LTF in the month of May 2024. But interested in sapphiro credit card which is showing as chargeable card. Any hint how to get Sapphiro credit card as a LTF offer

Hi Folks

I applied for LTF Sapphiro using alumni link. It got approved and I received MC and Amex variant followed by Dreamfolks card on 1 st July 2024.

I applied this card purely as it was LTF and maybe I will use BMS offer. However strange thing happened when I tried to activate the card my cards didn’t show up in imobile app, WhatsApp or in IVR. Meanwhile I was receiving mails/sms to activate the card or it will be deactivated by 28th July 2024.

I escalated the issue to customer care where they replied that I can’t activate the cards as they are cancelled as they were not activated by due date (this was on 10th July while last date of activation was 28th July). Further communication or calls have been unfruitful as CC refuse to entertain. I also mailed this ordeal to pno but yet to receive any reply (it’s been a week)

While I don’t particularly need Sapphiro card I was willing to hold it as it was LTF. My question is can I do anything with in above scenario, I don’t want to redo the application as it hits cibil.

My view is that you have taken appropriate steps. PNO may resolve in your favour or you can escalate to MD/ CEO's desk.

Here folks are harbinger of RBI Ombudsman for everything but I think bank has a say in its fair operations.

Thanks for your reply will keep the thread updated. Yesterday I received generic acknowledgment (after a week !) that PNO will reply by 20th July. Let us see if anything changes.

Got an update finally two days back. Pno restored the ‘cancelled’ cards directly to activated status. The lady who called apologised for delay saying it took some senior approvals hence took time. ✌️

There is no specific spending requirement for international lounge access and spa services.
