LTF zero balance salary account in ICICI

One of my friends opened salary account with ICICI BANK 2 years ago and left job after few months.
Even today also his account is zero balance with free visa platinum debit card.
He sent a query to bank and bank Said this-
So, are salary accounts LTF?
Do anyone of u have idea about this variant?

I had a salary account with ICICI from 2016-2018.

After that I moved to HDFC..

But till date, ICICI is my 0 balance account, used only for small UPI transactions.

Same here, i just get my salary in ICICI after 4-5 months, it stays LTF all year.

Even if i don't maybe no charge at all

Since 2014, salary is not crediting in my brother's ICICI salary account, but all features are available like before
