But my ITC got reversed within 5 days so no Edge Rewards I got
It’s with a Bangalore property gardenia knowingly I paid 5k caution deposit which I get refunded on checkout if I won’t consume mini bar
But 4th day I got credit of that 5k as transactions reversed so no luck

In my case what happened was I wanted to pay via the Gift cards and for some reason the guy at the reception goofed up and my cards got blocked. So I made the payment via cc, and subsequently followed up with their customer care who were able to redeem it at the back end and then refunded my cc payment. Refund was processed and received early last month and points remain.
Was the 5k a payment or a block/ pre authorization? Coz in the case it was the latter then even I have never received points for the same

It’s block for the usage of mini bar which was available at suite
Mostly that’s the reason no points
Yes the membership gift cards always speak with guest center they settle it in seconds
Hotel properties hesitant for it
Properties taking green points they do happily

Yes it’s an amazing experience
From my room chinasaami stadium was visible during ipl
Evening live consort by artists near entrance lobby
And beauty of gardenia is it have helipad to land on top of hotel
They offer if one wants airport pickup drop
And In gardenia they maintain one floor as full female only like guests and service all for women and by women I heard

It was a revenue booking cost, booked directly on the ITC site, it cost me around 21k a night

Amazing, I'm glad this worked for you @RewardsAlert I was under the impression this only worked under specific parameters since I hold an Infinia now and never tried with it, but always worked for me with DCB. Definitely worth trying on other merchants 👍

Not sure if it's for everyone or not.. because Cred is quite user specific in its features, especially since the newer interface upgrade

Fee gets refunded as well.. It takes a few hours for the recharge to get failed, after that they post the refund by IMPS instantly, but banks may take 1-2 days to reflect the payment on their card

If it is not instant, you would get it as a refund
