Magnus Declined - what would be the best course of action?

I had applied for Magnus for my father based on total relationship value. The executive through which I applied assured me that it might take time, but it will get approved.
But the application was rejected.
The Executive doesn't seem to have any idea what to do. I called his manager, but he has become non responsive - not picking up calls.
What would be the best course of action as I want Magnus for my father.

P.S. I already hold magnus for myself.

If ur dad have other cc with 5l limit then apply c2c offline
