Hi, I had a question let's say you book a 1 meet and greet, so I assume every one who is listed in the ticket would be able to utilise the meet and greet or is it like 2 people and hence 2 meet and greet service?

Additionally the Axis extraordinary weekends sign up isn't working, it gets stuck after phone number, name and email, any suggestions?
 
i had a question on the M&G, how does it work during international arrival? how do they contact you since mostly the mobile number given will not be working

Bangalore - I was greeted promptly and there was a person waiting for me at the taxi drop-off. I was assisted at every point till the boarding.

Lucknow - I was assisted by three different persons. I arrived little early and the first person asked me to wait till the check-in starts and she left. I saw that that the check-in had started and called the lady she sent another person citing that she is busy. This person helped me till security and left and now another person came and escorted me to the lounge. No one showed up after that and I didn't bother.

When I used it earlier this year, the setup was all over email. At the gate, person was waiting for us with placard and buggy. Whisked away to Immigration, that also got done quickly, he got our bags and pretty much whisked us through customers and dropped it into hotel car that had come for pickup.

No communication was needed over phone.
 
My request declined too , and twice for Mumbai departure. Sent it over a month ago.
When do they confirm booking?
If you send request 1 month before departure, do they confirm first come first serve or like 5 days from departure date ?

They confirm 2-3 days before departure date. For my friend , they confirmed 12 hours before departure. So your meet and greet service is not guaranteed till you hear from the airport concierge (Pranaam etc )
 
I have recently used the Meet and Greet service for arrival at New Delhi T3.
Earlier used it during the departure but first time I used it for arrivals from international flight.

Had a good experience- there was a lady standing with placard and she assisted with immigration via vip counter/ fast lane and parallel to that she asked her colleagues to collect the luggage from the belt and by the time we completed the immigration, there were 2 people waiting with our bags on the trolley. They assisted us till dropping the bags in our cab.
 
had a nice experience in international travel. During departure, they helped me go through priority check in and i saved atleast 1 -1.5 hour. In arrival, quickly passed through customs.

One odd thing the executive said 500 rs for priority check in and i told her dont you get paid for this service handsomely. She went quiet and did her job
 
Bangalore T2 Domestic meet and greet is also useless. I got only porter initially. So did self baggage drop. No priority check-in or anything. The porter guy didn't know about self baggage drop either and went in queue. Then I noticed it and did it.

Later, agent came and dropped me at lounge. There wasn't any queue in security. And afterwards, third person dropped me from lounge to Gate. No buggy, if u use lounge service🤦‍♂️, as distance is less according to them.
 
So as a few posts mentioned above, I've had the same problem, of short notice cancellation of my Meet and Greet booking for Mumbai, departure, international.

I had booked my meet and greet over 2 months ago, yet a week before my departure I receive a mail that the slots are full.

In addition, the meet and greets lapse on Dec 31st. I had in fact not used 3 during busy travel period of Diwali etc. to keep them available for my Dec departure.

So 2 questions:

1) has anyone been able to escalate this and get the meet and greet, regardless of the cancellation
2) has anyone been able to prevent the lapse of the balance meet and greets, considering that it is clearly an issue on Axis'/Pranaam's end.

Mumbai T2 : I had got confirmation that i will get meet and greet service on my travel date, but no one came to receive me. I fought alot with axis concierge, they reinstated my 3 meet and greet.

But yes this axis meet and greet is not reliable.
